From my understanding, it is only the first day after a no-fly day. So same as your first day of reserve after an X day. 12 hour min call out unless they put it on your schedule by 1500 the day prior, then10 hour min. I agree that it is a gray area between FAR rest requirement, “required” schedule check and 10 vs 12 hour callout. It happened to me a couple of months ago and the ALPA guys confirmed it is in accordance with the PWA.
