I think you are where most of our pilots are. And I appreciate you looking at how you did think vs now. There are very few that do that and even less that admit it publicly.

The majority of this group actually wants JetBlue to be a successful place. It’s the leadership that is killing it. The are applying bs leadership 101 to an airline we were told hates the ideas and culture of bs leadership 101.

I think if we had someone come in admit to being wrong, actually fix things and give us a solid vision most of us would be “excited” again. Now I guess we wait.
