Since 2015 we’ve lost sight of all of the things that made jetBlue exciting. The company’s reaction to the Union and CBA negotiations poisoned the relationship we had to work hard and provide a better way of air travel. The subsequent post CBA pairing constructions, zero upgrades in system bids and underlying staffing crisis makes our lives painful. The 97% reduction in profit sharing, compared to 2016, contradicts the increase net profit margins the company has achieved in ALL the years to follow.

There are no company values here. They’re dead. The leadership is non-existent and wanders about an aimless rudderless ship. I put trust and faith in the company. I was a vocal proponent of avoiding Union representation. The company let us down with the lackluster PEA of 2014 and that offer was the causal factor in the union vote. So, yeah, I’m not to happy as to what’s going on around here.
