There is at least a 1-2 month lag time between a change and someone starting class. If we're getting new hires who don't have their ATP, they won't be in a class untill they do the ATP class first which also adds to the time. The negativity is amazing with people. Have we had rough times, hell yes we've had them. But I do believe that we are turning a corner for the better.
