No big deal. I blended the questions being asked into needing a month off. Who knows what the guy needs

.. is there a way to drop a trip besides calling in sick ?
.. On the ANC 747 if a one month LOA was requested ...?

BV days might not be the best option, as navigrato points out

At least Gloriousprofits already knows the climate we operate in ... I understand there is a limited amount of flexibility compared to some other airlines but ...

We basically have the option to work a lot (pick-up trips), or work very little (with OCV).
It takes a lot of seniority to have a small amount of schedule flexibility here. We can't even split trips on the trip board. It's an all or nothing system. At least its better than what we had before, but it compares poorly to other airlines.
