Yes, I do work here. There was 10 new hires in Jan and 23 in Feb. So that's 33 there. 35 new hires in classes in March. Right now, there is scheduled to be 50 in April. So if I can do basic math, 10+23+35+50 = 118.
There is at least a 1-2 month lag time between a change and someone starting class. If we're getting new hires who don't have their ATP, they won't be in a class untill they do the ATP class first which also adds to the time. The negativity is amazing with people. Have we had rough times, hell yes we've had them. But I do believe that we are turning a corner for the better.
Hey I getcha man. I do think your math is missing a variable and your sources may have been inflated. Just a hunch though. Some projections you want to edge on the side of being conservative. For the sake of the profession.
