Many CAs from my new hire class left CommutAir because how bad it was. Several to Envoy, several to Endeavor. I left after 13 months to Endeavor. Absolutely no regrets. CommutAir is run by folks with little to zero experience outside of their small little bubble. And like stated above, C5 doesn’t even use short call... they will sit you and six other CAs in EWR for eight hours a day for four days in a row. Awesome sauce.

Go to Envoy, with a REAL flow. Everything they do is more professional and well run. Still a regional, still sucks sometimes, but lightyears ahead of C5.
