If pilot is offered a position by airline, pilot signs a contract with OMS requiring an upfront payment to OMS of $3,000 followed by 48 monthly payments of $800 (total $38,400) which commence when pilot begins working for the airline.

H1B Visas are not handed out like candy.

The legal/immigration process will take approximately 12-18 months to complete. When pilot starts work, pilot starts making the monthly payments described above to OMS.
Great! Another bottom feeding $41,400 P2P scam ala Eagle Jet. Let’s hear how they get around the TSA to start training as an employee without the “GREEN CARD. With the applications on file with US carriers... why would they get involved with such a scam? True... those coming to the US can apply for a VISA and TSA approval to train in the US for the purposes to earn a US ATP certificate which will be worthless. What services does OMS provide to guaranty the work visa? Does OMS provide a refund if the work visa is denied. Is OMS up front about the financial risks?
