If you’ll ever consider an overseas job, you’ll have much better chances with an EMB type. It could be a plan B if the economy takes a dump.
It your primary goal has nothing to do with overseas adventures, take the equipment that will give you the better QOL over type then. I can only speak on behalf of one regional (YX), but I’m sure others can tell you whether the EJet or CRJ offers a better QOL at theirs.
