If you're seriously considerig Eagle, you should look at Mesa too. They will probably hire you with 100+ multi and maybe less than 1000. Upgrade time at Mesa would be about 2 weeks after you reach ATP mins if you're willing to go to JFK.

Eagle has better benefits/vacation and horrible upgrade, but other than that they are about a wash.
