On a trip to Indy from Toledo Ohio I heard this conversation that gave me a pretty good laugh

After about 10 minutes of radio silence----
Anonymous pilot: "Whoa that was crazy"
ATC: "Aircraft calling.... what was crazy?"
Anon Pilot: "We just saw a meteor fly right in front of our plane and burn up on its way down"
ATC: "Well thats good and bad.... Good that you got to see it but bad that it didnt hit.. uhh.. no wait its good that it didnt hit you either.. "
Anon Pilot: "your damn right!"
