Where will the productivity gains come from? we already pay for our vacation via vacation bank, we have no transition conflict and training is done NOT BY SENIORITY order and done AFTER THE BID IS AWARDED aka no training drops..
There is nearly zero productivity gains to be had via pbs. The company is in for a big shock.
