Frontier has historically been very picky in interviews. I believe that the company has turned down a ton of good candidates over the past 5 years. I believe this is a mistake.
The day I interviewed, there were 14 of us. I talked to everybody and I believed that 12 of 14 of us should have been hired. Instead they hired 4.
I don't know what to tell you.... I believe it's their unanimous "yes" policy back in action. If one person on the panel says no, it's a no.
