Second year pay there is close to $10K a month even if you’re not picking anything up. Upgrade is fairly quick hen you’re making $200K a year. You could retire there as a millionaire with a huge 401K, and more importantly, far better job security than here.

Maybe if you’re at DAL this doesn’t sound too great. But, hey, reality check, we can’t knock them now considering we are some of the lowest paid airline pilots In North America.
