But is it an intelligence issue? It may be bias of some sort but to say they must be dumb because their view doesn’t align with your view is a very far reach. Sadly, some of the run-ins I had or witnessed with AS passengers can't be simply blamed on bias alone. When you are being yelled and cursed at by a Boeing retiree that you are f@%$#@ng with his pension by flying Airbuses for Alaska and/or making a flight attendant cry just because she is an ex-VA is no longer just a matter of bias but intelligence as well.
