Sadly, some of the run-ins I had or witnessed with AS passengers can't be simply blamed on bias alone. When you are being yelled and cursed at by a Boeing retiree that you are f@%$#@ng with his pension by flying Airbuses for Alaska and/or making a flight attendant cry just because she is an ex-VA is no longer just a matter of bias but intelligence as well.
Are those pax or employees? I don't want to start an us vs. them fight but unfortunately it's gone both ways. I've had two different FA's who've flow on the Bus and each had very negative experiences. Both claim they we yelled at and treated like children. It's something no employee on either fleet should have to deal with at work. We're all better than this. It has nothing to do with intelligence and everything to do with civility.
