Are those pax or employees? I don't want to start an us vs. them fight but unfortunately it's gone both ways. I've had two different FA's who've flow on the Bus and each had very negative experiences. Both claim they we yelled at and treated like children. It's something no employee on either fleet should have to deal with at work. We're all better than this. It has nothing to do with intelligence and everything to do with civility.
I am talking about passengers. I have yet to have a negative experience with my Boeing FA's. If anything, I have been given a compliment how welcoming and understanding we are towards them trying to learning new equipment. If we have pilots on both sides who yell and treat others like children, these individuals should be dealt with right away. Shame on them! Unfortunately, there are always two sides to the story. Perhaps pro-standards should have been contacted.
