Yes, it looks like flying isn't being added as quickly as pilots.

The contract appears to be very effective at getting pilot utilization up.

I'm surprised they weren't ready for the changes.

I'm seven months in and don't get called on reserve, let alone being able to pick up open time/aggressive reserve... There isn't any...
