As a union member, as labor , as a uniform wearer you are actually “ blue collar”. Plenty of other blue collar union members that have nothing to do with aviation that match our salaries and exceed our benefits and retirements. You likely just meant that you socialize and live around white collar people. And those people prefer the Delta or Hawaiin experience to the Southwest or Alaska experience.
