I’m at C5 and am on reserve as a CA. I get short call all the time. Lots of airport reserve but quite a bit of short call.

You have to pass the Hogan, then pass the interview, then keep your nose clean at a company that is operationally really old, while getting 1000 hours PIC out of EWR being constantly canceled.
