Cut me some slack Drew. That is just an example of how you can not be fired for "any" reason. I know something about arbitration. I have been MEC chairman, Vice-chair, Sect/treas and editor of a newsletter. I have been on arbitrations and had a personal case arbitrated. I know about arbitrators and how they must maintain some balance or they won't get other jobs. The problem with termination cases is there is no grey area. The guy/gal either gets the job back or not.
Let's not argue this point any more. I would prefer to have my case heard by a judge. That is my opinion. It is bases on experience however.
