Yes, everything for the next new hire class has to come out of the most recent vacancy closing (19-07), the bids from 19-05 expire tomorrow.
So just to be clear the 19th drop will be from 19-07(below). I am in the 19th class and just trying to figure out what to bid for should I have the chance.
