The word from the training department is HR has been shoving people down training’s throat trying to make 40 people classes. They finally said no and cut 10 people or something with the reasoning they didn’t want to pay them to wait a month with pay for Sim sessions. Hope that helps.
That sounds realistic. It makes no sense to cancel classes because we are overstaffed and push people back a month but also pay them.
