Sad state when someone has to pick up on days off to get 80-90 freakin hours a month, but it is what it is with our schedules. That’s why I cannot, in good conscience, hold it against anyone in our group for doing so. Defying an organized action is one thing, but judging a personal decision is another.
For the record, I’ve never flown .1 above an awarded schedule (by my choosing anyway) but if guys want to drop to 6 days off for PRM (don’t even know what that is - 1.5??), more power to them.
On to other things - where are all the 5-days coming from??
