Good topic to discuss, I think you have that exactly right. And yes.. It's been a while since we had "operation enduring crib pay" but I'm ready for it. The hard part is getting a line awarded with more days off during the summer so you have the space to load it with crib pay. I also goof it up too, it's either e-mailed when I'm already flying or like last time, I see it just hours after I picked something up for straight pay haha.

I try to remember that during crib season the Kennedy saying works in reverse:

"Ask not what you can do for your airline, but what your airline can do for you"
