Generically, we get the United pass benefits minus vacation passes. We're radically lower on the priority list so don't expect to bump anyone off any flights.
You get yourself, kids (under 23), parents, one friend, and spouse/domestic partner/2nd friend.
Supposedly you can get up to 8 Star Alliance passes which gives up to two people traveling with you a ZED fare (with a ton of restrictions). IMO, these might as well not be there for all the good they'll do you.
