Only two that I am aware of. Both out of Maui. One between Maui and Moloka’i, and one between Maui and Lana’i.

One would think something would run off Oahu or Hawaii Island.

This is yet another data point for people that think any airline can just jump in and out here and expect things are going to run like they do on the mainland. It’s different out here. You’ve got to live here to realize that.
