Solution I experienced that worked for me, might work for some of you. Call and tell their customer service rep that you upgraded, and ask if they can send you the upgrade jacket with a return postage & you will return the FO jacket in postage.

Worked for me and another CA I spoke with that had similar issue with wrong jacket sent. M&H customer service has been great, can not say the same for the rest of their shipment ops.

Also get email & follow up with the specific customer rep you speak with.

Edited: If you are upgrading and had ordered the FO jacket call them to change it before it ships. May or may not delay your shipment, but atleast you will have a trackable record of calling them to change it to the proper jacket. This will save you $$$.

That's pretty smart! I didn't realize people were getting the shaft whilst trying to be proactive with their uniform orders. My bad.
