Fair enough. You are making a choice though. Downtown Seattle to SeaTac can be 40 minutes or more too. I fly with New FO’s first year pay buying homes in Gig Harbor, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Lacey. In fairness I think the Gig Harbor guy was second year. New FO’s are buying homes 45 minutes from the airport. They are not buying them in Queen Anne or Clyde Hill though.

As much as the train would be a nice way to get to work, I’d never want to live downtown and I don’t currently. I’m talking about SE of the airport. I guess the only way I could convince you is to take my W2s down to the bank. But alas I tried... Anyway I’m buying the beer if I upgrade in 5 years :lol:
