You know what you can do if you want a strong contract, and no it is not complain like a child on a anonymous forum. Do what the union wants you to do. Do your job, do it safely, do it really well. Don’t slow down, or produce a crappy product. Help this company produce that 15% ROE and then you can demand a better contract on strength. Struggling companies do not give out great contracts, strong companies are the only ones that can do that.
