On a side note, did anyone else notice that the flow grievance loa we passes a while back completely concedes any future grievances on anything other than the bare minimum for the next two groups? Glad we gave that up. I’m sure the company will scratch our backs any day now with more money. Oh wait, they are decreasing profit sharing? Nvmd.
