Agree 100% brother. Demonstrate exceptional value and then negotiate exceptional contract, in that order.

I will say this, I’d say 11 years of JD Power etc awards, with exceptional safety and on time performance combined with industry leading profit margins, for years and years, WITH a contract that saved money compared to our competitors, AND, with no lag during a contentious SLI,.... that’s a pretty solid hand of cards to lay on the table to start the conversation. IMO
