You signed up to post on the forum, you read the forum rules and terms of use. You failed to abide by those those rules and your agreement.
Looks like more of an explanation that you want, but that's the crux. In your case, when we get the threat of legal action [against us] for something that an anonymous user [you] post we do, and will act out of self preservation.
My offer to call you on my dime from Asia stands. I'm more than willing to discuss details with you.
