How are move days taken care of? I go to a new base for Apr 1st.
My last trip for March at the old domicile ends on the 28th... and my first trip at the new domicile starts on April 1st.
I know I get one paid day and two unpaid... will they choose which trip to strip of three days? Or will they just consider my three days off (29/30/31) the days and somehow pay me for one of them?
When should I expect to see it reflected on my schedule, or when should I reach out to scheduling and ask for clarification?
Anyone have experience with it?
I don't know if I would reach out unless you really don't want to work those days because you are considered on TDY until you receive your move days. So until they give it to you you get unlimited per diem.
