I had no idea your schedules were so awesome over there, how do I apply. You realize I see your lines each and every month?
I asked for those flights, if you see our lines every month you should have a better grasp of our schedules. I also said where I'm at on the seniority list in SEA. What kind of schedules do you get at 80% or higher at Alaska?

Well, that's definitely a regional attitude "we don't need to improve schedules for pilots junior to me because they will be senior some day."

Absolutely not true, there was not one pilot that went back to year one pay.
As much as I have no desire to agree with OTZ, and I don't know if it ever happened or not, I remember hearing that about VX when they started.
