Well, that's definitely a regional attitude "we don't need to improve schedules for pilots junior to me because they will be senior some day."
As much as I have no desire to agree with OTZ, and I don't know if it ever happened or not, I remember hearing that about VX when they started.
So how many times must I say
Top 10% of lines at ALK are better then Delta
90-20 % at both companies are the same
Bottom 20% are better at Delta.

You know it’s just the nature of the beast. I wish we all made the same from day one. That’s just not how it works with seniority based employment. You make way more money year 12, more vacation, more days off, better schedule. You pay your dues, you climb the ladder. Sorry, that is just how it works, you should know that by now.
