[MENTION=72036]ENH017[/MENTION]. The FO retention bonus is paid based on your eligibility in status. Awarded CA bid during the vacancy doesn’t change your status. Your status will be FO on your current equipment until you complete you fed observation ride and your line check.
Example, a friend of mine was awarded CA during the Oct 2018 vacancy.
She is currently on IOE, has not completed her fed ride nor her line check and epays shows she will receive her retention bonus 22MAR19. Her last one as her fed ride is next week.
Tell your friend they’ll be alright.
