Are any recent interviews non mil guys? I know AA hires almost exclusively mil background (outside of WO) but has anyone with just a civ non WO background had any luck? Thanks
In the last couple years they’ve hired some non mil/ non wo folks. The ones I know have been Regional LCA/ FO at another major and heavily involved in the extracurricular activities.
