I’ll give you there’s still an element of risk coming to Expressjet. But that risk doesn’t come without a significant reward—joining an airline at the very beginning of what is likely a major hiring wave.

That’s risk though... is something we’ve been transparent about here at the Expressjet forums. I’ve told people this multiple times over the last several months. But I’ve also told them with risks come rewards. That risk has also become smaller and smaller as more and more news comes out.

If you want easy, yes go to Republic. If you don’t mind taking a bit of a chance come to Expressjet instead.

Anyone who joined republic during their bankruptcy took a chance and it paid off handsomely. Today, after thousands have been hired.... there’s no big growth anymore.
