I’m starting to think these are the pre-announced and coordinated thinning out of our block hours, like a previous poster alluded to. An email from flight ops dated March 10 says they would reduce block hours down to a more normal level by proactively cancelling flights on days with low reserve coverage. It’s just odd they’ve chosen to go this route, but it doesn’t sound like it’s the total disaster people are making... it has been planned this way.
