No. I will respect your posts but not your observations. Maybe if you pull some of these females or minority pilots aside you’ll simply find they worked twice as hard as other interview invites to get there as the deck was stacked against them. Reference the attitudes on this thread.
But, if you failed to dig deeper, I can see where you would make this conclusions.
