The DGI at 9E isn't perfect, but it's something. 11 pilots passed the interview in January alone. That's not including the several pilots who went to United the same month.
Would we like a better rate or something more guaranteed than an interview at Delta? Yeah, sure. Can 9E beat 30/year to the legacies? Yep.
