Based on what you have written I suspect you have espoused these views in the cockpit. Ranted to other pilots who have moved on. What do you think they have said about you to their new employers?
I am pretty sure he is a main line pilot for Delta and not actively trying to leave. Just because his opinion isn’t popular doesn’t make it any less true. Someone asked for advise and he gave advice how does that make him a JA
