If you get the ATR your schedule is a little different then the jet jocks.

Basic Indoc is the same.

Systems is three week, the first two weeks is learning the systems in a classroom, with every 5th day jumping in the ATR simulator and mashing buttons and seeing how all the systems work. The third week is Ops Mod, and CPT combined, then you get your last two CPTs in the simulator (unlike the RJ guys).

Then 10 days for so to do your 7 sim sessions and then a sim checkride.

Then comes the cool part, you get to fly out to one of the ATR overnights and get to do flight training in the actual airplane for two nights, and then the third night you do another checkride in the airplane. After that you do a LOFT session, and your jumpseat OE, and then it's off to IOE.

From start to finish it should take you about 2 months. It is going to have taken longer for me because I went through the holidays, and ASA was awesome enough to give us Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day off! (paid vacation!) You can't beat that. So I started on Nov 19th and will be done with jumpseat OE on Jan 31st, so not too bad everything considered.
