XJT training department was already prepared for the E175, this will be an easy transition for our company. One more thing, what makes you think UA would let us fail and keep all the other regionals around? You are not too familiar with the history of the majors and it shows! The more regional partners they have, the more chances of whipsaw and keeping cost under control.
Seriously are you drinking? Puts you in the drivers seat? United can take their airplanes and let another operator use them. And don’t think for a minute United needs you. Delta owned Comair and poof they are gone.
