Initially it was very Junior, as low as 2015 hires. Once the new contract came in it has gone very senior. For some reason (cough cough) all the senior guys seem to be bailing out of STL and the lifers are hitting the silk with this flow. The February flows were 2001 hires, March flows are both 1999 hires and I've heard the flows for the next few months are very senior. One flow in May is a 1995 hire. I know a 1996 hire was turned down for attendance, and our DO who is a 2003 hire is flowing in June. Supposedly there are 45 who have put in for the flow but the top 15 are all pretty senior (top third) of the list. As the senior guys flow more senior guys are putting their names in so it is hard to say how long based on that list. If the company only flows two a month I would say it will probably be a year and a half before you see flows below 2007 hires, maybe longer. Guys are trying to bail to other places as well so you never know. But everyone is trying to get the heck out of here.
