Do you have data that shows that pilots that do community service are better pilots or employees? Until you can show me the data, I'll continue to believe it's an absolute bull$hit requirement made up by HR idiots.
I must have missed where I said anything about social service. Company A wants X. You don’t want to do X. The outcome is logic. If you want to work for Company A you should do X. If you don’t want to do X, totally cool, just don’t expect to get a job at Company A.
