See, that's what I don't understand. Reading that part of the Contract, if one pilot is 63+ and wants a bypass, it doesn't matter if a younger (say 62, more senior) pilot wants a bypass to the same equipment. The Company could bypass the more junior pilot while training the more senior pilot.............Right? But they don't seem to be saying that.
