For those interested - EXTERNAL and INTERNAL announcements ought to show up on USAJOBS.gov in approx. mid-late May for hire/start date in late July to early August timeframe.
One constant stumbling block that is non-negotiable is the recency of flight experience. 100 hrs in the last 12 months for EXTERNAL applicants (50 hrs for INTERNAL applicants).
