I never have worried about that. The passengers should walk from the terminal to their seat with no change in temperature as far as I’m concerned. I do find it ironic that they harp on saving fuel and being efficient while burning through millions for something that doesn’t affect the bottom line. I doubt uniform styles or the color palatte of the livery ever affected a customers decision to buy a ticket. I guess that they spent the big bucks on market research though. It could be that people will keep coming back to inoperative WiFi, direct tv, etc, as long as the paint is pretty and the crew is wearing something trendy. 11 years left and counting the days.
